Update customer portal

Changes here are what the customer sees. The customer is only sent their link when you press Publish.

Prefilled from the ticket subject — clean it up to what the customer should see.

Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.

Documentation photos0/12

Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

    Customer-facing summary:
We would recommend replacing the device rather than repair due to the age of the unit and cost to repair. We have a manufacture refurbished gaming desktop with an Intel Core i5 14th Gen processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, and RTX 5060 GPU that would be a major upgrade from your current system. This is if you do not need or want data from the old device or if the Bitlocker key cannot be accessed.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Francisco, we have completed our checks and diagnostics on your HP OMEN desktop. We have found that Motherboard, Power Supply, and RAM have all failed. We did confirm our GPU and Processor are both good in our test bench. We did test the 512GB SSD in your system and it does mount to a computer through a adapter, but the drive in encrypted with Bitlocker encryption from Microsoft. So if the data on this drive was important, we would need the Bitlocker key in order to unlock the drive to access the data whether that is to move the data to a replacement device, or unlock the drive to boot into Windows if you choose to repair the system. Below are options for repair and for replacement.
