TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)
DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - TICKET 69383 Customer: Rebecca Rowell Computer: ROWELLHOME CRITICAL ISSUES: - System File Checker failed - Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file corruption or WRP service issues that need investigation. - Recent app crashes detected: 18 crashes logged. This is abnormally high and suggests instability - investigate crash logs for patterns or specific problematic applications. - HDD SMART information unavailable - No drivers found on system for SMART monitoring. Cannot assess hard drive health status, which is a significant gap in diagnostics. STORAGE CONCERNS: - Low disk space on C: drive - Only 12% capacity remaining (approximately 112GB free on 930GB drive). Recommend cleanup or expansion to prevent performance degradation and system issues. OTHER FINDINGS: - System time sync completed successfully - Restore point created successfully - Multiple storage drives present across different file systems (NTFS, exFAT, FAT) - verify all are functioning as intended RECOMMENDATION: Address the System File Checker failure and investigate the 18 recent app crashes as priority items. Restore SMART monitoring capability for the hard drives. Free up disk space on C: drive to get above 20% available capacity.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.
