Update customer portal

Changes here are what the customer sees. The customer is only sent their link when you press Publish.

Prefilled from the ticket subject — clean it up to what the customer should see.

Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.

Documentation photos0/12

Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

    Customer-facing summary:
We can replace the entire motherboard which would replace the faulty C-port and get the system back in a fully working state for charging. We did see the battery is testing as poor per Dell's internal health check in the systems BIOS. So we would also replace the battery. We would then complete the rest of our diagnostics and let you know updated issues with new quotes or that the device is good to go and ready for pickup. The part would take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Emily, we have completed the checks that we can complete with the device in it's current condition. Right now the system powers on but doesn't detect a charger and does not stay on consistently and this is due to the port being damaged. What I have listed below for repair options are solely based off what little I can see. There could be other issues, but without the device coming on and staying on for our full assortment of tests, we can only do so much. Below are options listed for repair and if you approve either, and then there are more issues found after, depending on how severe they are, you will have options to only do the minimum work needed, all of the extra needed work, or stop repairs all together. So you can approve either option, and if more issues are found, you will be given new quotes based on the findings and options to stop all together or options to fix only certain things.
