Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

In the diagnostic report it says that the system report frequent crashes detected. Can you improve this? If there are programs that are causing the crashes, we should remove. However, please let me know what you will delete

    Customer-facing summary:
Replace the battery with a new Dell official battery. Parts would take 3-5 business days to arrive as batteries can only be shipped via ground options with no ability to get them here faster and then be installed and tested within 1-2 business days of part arrival to out shop.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Your Dell laptop is overall in good shape, and the only issue we found is the battery it was brought in for. The battery is holding a charge well below what it should — only about a quarter of its original capacity remains — so it's not lasting nearly as long as it used to. Batteries are consumable items and do lose capacity over time.
