TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)

DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - Ticket 69242 (Jason Sparks) CRITICAL ISSUES DETECTED: - System File Checker failure: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file corruption or WRP service malfunction that requires immediate attention. - RAM configuration anomaly: System shows 8 RAM modules listed as "Not found" despite being detected. This is unusual and may indicate driver or BIOS issues affecting memory recognition. - Insufficient RAM for OS: System is running Windows 11 Home on what appears to be 16GB total capacity but with detection problems. Current usable RAM may be severely limited. MODERATE ISSUES: - Recent application crash detected (1 crash logged). Review Event Viewer for crash details and affected applications. - Storage configuration: Multiple drives with mixed file systems (NTFS, exFAT, FAT). E:\ drive shows 0GB capacity - may be unformatted or disconnected. INFORMATION: - HDD SMART info unavailable: No drivers found for SMART monitoring. Cannot assess hard drive health status. Recommend installing chipset drivers. - Restore point created successfully. - System time synchronized. RECOMMENDATION: Address System File Checker failure first. Run SFC scan in Safe Mode or attempt WRP service restart. Investigate RAM detection issue - may require BIOS update or driver installation. Install missing storage drivers to enable SMART monitoring. Review application crash logs for pattern analysis.

Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

We can order a new OEM Dell fan and get it replaced to resolve the failed fan in your system. This would also include a thermal cleaning to clean out all of dust and debris from the heatsink and apply new thermal paste to the CPU to help keep it transferring heat properly. The part would take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, not including weekends.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Jason, we have completed our checks on your device and found two areas of concern. We have confirmed that your fan is indeed bad and will need to be replaced. During our checks we also found the internal battery to be in fair condition and have 62% health left. So that means when you charge it to 100%, it is truly only holding about 62% of it's charge capacity and the first 35% to 40% will drain quickly, and the remaining bit will drain normally. Below are options for repair.
