TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)

DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - Ticket 69154 (Craig Prolux) CRITICAL ISSUES: - System File Checker failed: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file corruption or WRP service malfunction that needs investigation. - Storage critically low on C: drive - only 12% capacity remaining (475GB drive). This is below safe operating threshold and can cause performance degradation and system instability. NOTABLE FINDINGS: - Device Manager reports 1 error. Recommend checking Device Manager for failed or problematic hardware drivers. - Recent application crashes detected (2 instances). Check Event Viewer for crash details and patterns. - HDD SMART info unavailable - no drivers found on system for SMART monitoring. Cannot assess hard drive health status. RECOMMENDATIONS: - Immediately address C: drive space - delete unnecessary files, move data to D: or F: drives, or perform cleanup operations. - Run System File Checker repair in Safe Mode or schedule for next boot to resolve WRP issues. - Investigate Device Manager errors and install missing drivers if needed. - Install/enable SMART drivers to allow proper hard drive health monitoring going forward. - Review Event Viewer logs for details on the 2 recent app crashes.

Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Craig, I have completed my checks on your device and found no major hardware of software issues with the device. I ran our diangostic software and it found no issues, and the only thing it reported back as something to make a mention of was the battery was at 69% health, which is listed as fair. So while the battery is failing, it is getting closer to end of life and it recommended a replacement battery. As for any viruses or Malware, our system found nothing, and we also did a full deep screen with Malwarebytes as another option with nothing found as well. Below is listed as option for a battery replacement for the unit to get a new battery in and extend the life of the system off the charger and just overall.
