Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.
Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: Hello Brandon, I have completed my checks out on your device have not had any issues with the system showing poor performance in benchmarks. But with looking at the unit overall, I do believe that the main 1TB C: drive being 98% full and the system only having 16GB of RAM is going to be a big part of the issues. None of this hardware is testing bad or failing, but I think these items just need to be upgraded to give the device more hardware resources to work with and really stretch it's legs during use. As right now at idle the unit is using between 47% and 56% RAM depending on what decides to startup in the background. Below are some options for repair that I believe will give you the best performance as well as get you back into a good and stable system. Customer-facing recommendation: (none) TechSuite report detected: Yes Diagnostic report visible to customer: No Customer notified: No
