TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)
DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - TICKET 69074 (Sean Hunt) CRITICAL ISSUES FOUND: - System File Checker failure: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file corruption or WRP service issues that need investigation. - Recent application crashes detected: 9 crashes logged. Recommend reviewing Event Viewer crash logs to identify problematic applications. NOTABLE FINDINGS: - View HDD SMART Info reported: "No drivers were found on this system." This is unusual and suggests either a driver detection issue or potential storage subsystem problem. Verify storage drivers are properly installed. - Disk space status: C: drive at 952GB capacity (appears nearly full based on system specifications). Recommend checking actual free space percentage to ensure it's not exceeding safe thresholds. ITEMS THAT COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY: - System time synchronized - Restore point created - Device Manager scan completed - Startup applications and installed drivers enumerated - HijackThis scan completed with no malware indicators noted - ProcessHawk analysis completed RECOMMENDATION: Prioritize investigation of the System File Checker failure and recent application crashes. Verify storage driver installation status and check available disk space on C: drive to rule out space-related issues.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: Hello Sean, this is Anthony from The Computer Warriors. I have completed my checks on your device and don't see any issues other than the damaged display. Since I cannot see the display and the system will not display out to an external monitor, I cannot test any of the software right now. But I can hear the system chime as if it's booted to the desktop. So it seems this unit will only need a display replacement and the unit is new enough that it is worth getting repaired. Listed below is the repair option for the device and also a data transfer quote.
