Update customer portal

Changes here are what the customer sees. The customer is only sent their link when you press Publish.

Prefilled from the ticket subject — clean it up to what the customer should see.

Repair options (the quote)

Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.

Documentation photos0/12

Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

    Customer-facing summary:
We could change your configuration of your system by making the 1TB WD black the main C: and then make the 2TB HDD your backup/less used game drive. I don't recommend this as the HDD will still be slow and could cause other issues down the line with game loading times and such. But this is an alternative repair just to get you back up and running. You would need to reinstall any and all games and applications with this process. But all personal files will be on the 1TB WD Black since it will be your new C:. This process would take about 1 business day to complete.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Brody, I have completed my checks on your device and good news is all your hardware checks out great. The processor, RAM, GPU, and WD Black NVMe all check out good. The hard drive does still past SMART tests, but is slower during read/write tests, and this is most likely what caused your issues. The system was struggling reading and writing data on that hard drive, and it just gave up and crashed. Luckily we can see any locally stored files on the system. So your personal data is safe. Below I have options for repair for you.
