TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)
DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - TICKET 68951 Customer: Beth Gunning CRITICAL ISSUES IDENTIFIED: - System File Checker failure: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file integrity issues that cannot be automatically repaired. - Recent app crashes detected: 49 app crashes recorded. This is elevated and suggests instability or compatibility issues. HARDWARE STATUS: - Storage drive (KIOXIA 256GB NVMe) SMART status: All parameters normal. No bad sectors, no reallocated sectors, no uncorrectable errors detected. Drive health is good. - Disk space usage: C: drive at 236GB capacity (no percentage shown but appears reasonable), D: drive 131GB, E: drive 0GB, F: drive 799GB. No critical space shortage detected. OTHER FINDINGS: - System time sync completed successfully. - Restore point created successfully. - No Blue Screen of Death events detected in logs. - No malware detected by HijackThis scan. - Device Manager check completed (results embedded in report). - Startup applications and installed drivers listed (review for unnecessary startup items if performance issues persist). RECOMMENDATION: The app crash frequency warrants investigation. Review Event Viewer logs for crash details and consider uninstalling recently added software. The System File Checker failure should be addressed - attempt running SFC in Safe Mode or consider Windows Repair/Reset if crashes continue. Hardware appears stable.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.
Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.
Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: Hello Beth, this is Anthony from The Computer Warriors. I have completed my checks on your device and found no major issues with the software of the unit. The AVAST popups that are coming up are coming from the paid premium version of Avast that the user of this device has been paying for an using since December of last year. The popups are from additional add-ons they want you to add and pay extra for. We also found during our checks that your device only has 8GB of RAM, and the minimum recommend for smooth Windows 11 use is 16GB, which we can upgrade for you if you'd like. We also found the battery is near end of life with about 56% health, meaning when the device is charged to 100%, the first 50% or so will drain pretty quickly, and the later half will drain normally. We would recommend a battery replacement as well to give this device more life off of the charger and extend the life overall of the machine itself. Below will be some options for repair.
