DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - TICKET 68904 Customer: Joshua Dunaway CRITICAL ISSUES: - Hard drive at 0% remaining capacity - immediate action required. Storage critically full across multiple partitions (C:, D:, F: all showing 0GB free). - System File Checker unable to start repair service - indicates potential system file corruption or permission issues. - 34 recent application crashes detected - suggests system instability, likely exacerbated by disk space exhaustion. - 2 Device Manager errors currently active - hardware or driver-related issues present. SECONDARY FINDINGS: - HDD SMART information shows USB storage device detected (PNY USB 3.2.1 FD) but limited diagnostic data available from SMART scan. - Anti-Cheat Expert driver (ACE-BASE, ACE-SSC-DRV64) installed - confirm with customer if intentional, as these can cause system instability if not properly maintained. RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: 1. Immediately free up disk space on C: drive - delete temporary files, move data to external storage, or expand storage capacity. 2. Run System File Checker again once disk space is available to repair any corrupted system files. 3. Investigate the 2 Device Manager errors - check for driver conflicts or hardware issues. 4. Monitor application stability after resolving disk space issue - crashes should resolve once system has adequate free space. 5. Consider disabling or reinstalling Anti-Cheat Expert if crashes persist after cleanup. No malware detected. No BSOD events found in recent history.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.

Customer Approved Repair Through Portal Approved option: Recommended Approved price: $429.90 Customer-facing summary: We can install a new exact replacement motherboard along with a new air cooler to cool the processor in your system. This would resolve the faulty USB ports on the rear of the unit as well as fix the overheating issue with the system. We recommend air coolers as they have a much lower failure rate and can compete with a lot of the 240mm watercoolers on the market today. The motherboard would take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, not including the weekend. Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: Hello Joshua, we have completed our checks on your device and found two issues. The first issue we found is the watercooler in your system has a failing pump and is no longer moving water as it should which is causing system temperatures to jump to 100C under load. We also noticed that the system has two USB ports on the back that do not work at all, and when anything is plugged into them, it reports an issue. This is a physical fault on the motherboard itself and would need the motherboard replaced to resolve this. With this type of issue, we cannot say if it will cause anymore issues down the line or become worse and cause other USB ports to have issues. Below we will have a few options for repair for you.
