We an replace the damaged charging port and failing battery in the system to get the system back in a working state. This will not change the overall speed of the unit or allow it to support Windows 11, this will just fix the two major issues we found to extend the life of the unit.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Kim, this is Anthony from The Computer Warriors. We have completed our checks on your device and found a few issues with the unit. During our testing we found the charging port is broken and will need to be replaced as the mounting system on the port is broken and this is why the port was pushed in. We were able to connect the port externally to be able to get the unit to come on and run the rest of our tests. During the rest of our testing we found the battery to be in poor health, and also that the system is not capable of supporting Windows 11. Windows 10 loses it's full extended support in October of this year. We would highly recommend looking to replace this unit and have your personal files moved to said replacement unit. Below you will find options for repair of your current system and a couple replacement options.
