TechSuite summary (internal — not shown to the customer)
DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY - TICKET 68800 Customer: Jessica Friend CRITICAL ISSUES IDENTIFIED: - System File Checker failure: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. This indicates potential system file corruption or WRP service issues that need investigation. - Recent app crashes detected: 169 app crashes found in diagnostic scan. This is significantly out of the ordinary and suggests either driver compatibility issues, memory problems, or malware activity. HARDWARE STATUS: - NVMe drive (CL1-3D256-Q11 256GB) SMART status: All parameters normal. No bad sectors or critical SMART failures detected. - Storage space: All drives within normal operating range. C: drive at 236GB total capacity (no space pressure indicated). D: and E: drives also normal. - No blue screen errors detected in system logs. - No battery detected (desktop system - not applicable). SYSTEM CHECKS: - System time synchronized successfully. - Restore point created successfully. - Device Manager scan completed (results available in full report). - Startup applications and installed drivers listed (review for suspicious entries if needed). RECOMMENDATION: The 169 recent app crashes require immediate attention. Investigate crash logs for patterns, check for driver updates, run malware scan if not already performed, and consider memory diagnostics if crashes persist after driver/software updates.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.
Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.
Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

Customer replied via Repair Status Portal: My account shows a duplicate invoice for the $53.50 initial diagnostic deposit. One of them shows paid; which was when I dropped it off. The other one was created the same day of 7/18 I got an email stating it was not paid…which is how I found there are 2 invoices for the same deposit. Please delete the duplicate.
