Update customer portal
Changes here are what the customer sees. The customer is only sent their link when you press Publish.
Prefilled from the ticket subject — clean it up to what the customer should see.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.
Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.
Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

Customer Approved Repair Through Portal Approved option: Recommended Approved price: $599.95 Customer-facing summary: We'll replace your failing drive with a new 1TB M.2 NVMe drive, which is much faster, and install a fresh copy of Windows 11 on it to prevent data loss and crashes while gaming. We'd also recommend replacing the thermal paste on your GPU and CPU to help keep those parts running well, especially during long gaming sessions. Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: You brought your device in due to crashes while gaming. During our stress testing, we were unable to replicate the crashes on our side but we did notice your desktop experienced some blue screen crashes related to multiple NTOSkernel errors. With that said, during our scans, we found that the C: drive on your device is failing and should be replaced as soon as possible. While we can't confirm this, this failing drive could be the source of those crashes you were experiencing and would explain our inability to replicate the crashes while gaming. To remedy this issue, we would suggest a clean install of windows 11 to a new storage device. Additionally, our stress tests showed that your CPU and GPU are reaching abnormally high temperatures, and we would suggest repasting these components to maintain their health.
