We can upgrade the 500GB SSD in your system to a 2TB SSD to make sure the system has plenty of free space for games to be installed along side other applications as well as save and retain more personal files. We would also upgrade the system RAM from 8GB to 32GB to make sure the system has plenty of hardware resources to stretch it's legs with gaming and multitasking.

    Customer-facing diagnostic summary:
Hello Keith, we have completed our checks on your device and have some repair options and some replacement options for you. The replacement options would need to be ordered and would take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. During our testing we found the internal 500GB SSD is 95% full and has wear indicators which means the drive is getting close to early failure due to the amount of reads and writes. This is common with gaming system with high storage use as the system is reading and writing more data to the same blocks over and over, which will wear them out quicker. We also found the system only has 8GB of RAM and has 1 open slot, so we could upgrade this to 16GB or 32GB to give the system more breathing room during normal use and gaming sessions. As for the issues with the games opening, this could be due to lack of RAM and storage, and also software related issues that may require the game to be uninstalled and reinstalled. The repair options would take 1 to 2 business days to complete from time of approval.
