Update customer portal
Changes here are what the customer sees. The customer is only sent their link when you press Publish.
Prefilled from the ticket subject — clean it up to what the customer should see.
Options are shown to the customer as a ladder: your Recommended pick first, then the rest priciest to cheapest, with the Minimum last. Most options need no label at all — the price and your description carry them. Only one option should be Recommended.
Save stores your work on the customer portal without notifying anyone. Preview saves, then shows you exactly what the customer will see. Publish locks it in, posts the quote to the RepairShopr ticket, and sets it to Quote Ready so the customer gets their link.
Photos of the device as it came in — pre-existing damage, condition, anything worth a record. These appear to the customer as soon as they upload. Remove one if it shouldn't be there.

Published to the customer portal. Repair Portal Update Published Customer-facing status: Checked In Customer-facing diagnostic summary: Your computer is a custom build with an Intel i5 9th generation processor, 16GB of RAM, a GTX 1660 Ti graphics card, a 250GB SSD, and a 1TB hard drive. These are still solid specs for a low to mid range gaming PC. We got it to turn on, but it would not fully start up, and it showed a message saying the main drive was damaged and Windows could not load. We removed that drive and found it has failed completely, we cannot read any data off of it. We then installed a test drive with a fresh copy of Windows and confirmed the rest of the computer works fine. We can replace the failed drive with a new one and reinstall Windows, with options for 500GB or 1TB of storage. We also found your motherboard is missing several screws, so it isn't held down securely and has room to move around. If you'd like a repair done, we can add the missing screws to fix the mounting during that process.
