Customer-facing summary:
Replace the unit with a newer Dell Precision Small form factor desktop, transfer all personal files stored locally on the machine to the replacement, which would include documents, pictures, music, videos, downloads, and files stored directly on the desktop screen itself. This replacement device would not have a CD/DVD drive, so if that were needed, the customer would need to get an external version. This new desktop would be on Windows 11 already, has Wifi, and can connect to the customers current monitor with an adapter which is included in the cost. Programs and Applications would need to be reinstalled by the user, and user would need to sign back into online accounts and reconnect any printers the customer may have had. This would take roughly 1 business day to complete from approval.
